IAPLC 2024 Award Ceremony Registration Now Open

After being on hiatus since 2019, the grand event that used to conclude the IAPLC, known as the “Nature Aquarium Party,” is returning due to popular demand. Rebranded as the “IAPLC Award Ceremony,” it will now be held in Niigata.
The event is scheduled for two days: November 23 (Sat) and November 24 (Sun), 2024.

IAPLC 2024 Award Ceremony Registration Now Open

In addition to the IAPLC 2024 awards ceremony, a variety of activities are planned for the second day at ADA headquarters, including a tour of the NA Gallery and exclusive merchandise sales. It’s a lively gathering where aquatic plant layout enthusiasts from across the globe come together.

1st Session:
– 14:00 Registration begins
– 15:00 Opening – IAPLC 2024 Award Ceremony

2nd Session:
– 16:00 Dinner and party at the same venue (expected to end at 17:30)
*Accommodation information for ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Niigata, Court Hotel Niigata, Niigata Toei Hotel, APA Hotel Ekimae Odori, and Bandai Silver Hotel will be available on the application form. Alternatively, you may arrange your own accommodations.

Day 2: November 24 (Sun)

IAPLC FES 2024 (ADA Headquarters)

– 8:30/9:30: Shuttle bus departs from ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel (you can also travel directly to ADA headquarters.)
*Transport from your hotel to ANA Crowne Plaza is at your own expense.

– 9:00: Tour of NA Gallery and 4-meter Nature Aquarium (Shuttle buses will provide transport between venues.)
Shopping: layout materials, merchandise, plant bazaar, food trucks

– 15:00: Event concludes (participants may leave freely after the tour ends)
*Shuttle buses will run to Tsubame-Sanjo Station, Niigata Station, and Niigata Airport.
*There will be no formal opening or closing ceremony on the second day. You can visit the NA Gallery and 4-meter Nature Aquarium from 9:00 to 15:00. (Shuttle buses will be provided for the 4-meter NA tour; private cars are not allowed.)
