That is why i named it as such. I used combination of classic mangrove driftwood and iron wood. They have similar texture and colour and work really well together. They create really nice contrast with their dark tones to bright green plants. I tried to create simple but strong dynamic and dramatic feel with hardscape composition and complement it with more detailed planting of various textures and colours to create a complex but uniform nature style aquarium which took 5 months to grow and maintain until the final look.
Very classic and many times overlooked black neon tetras were chosen to complement my design and i was very happy with their final capture to enhance the concave composition.
Thank you IIAC organizers and judges for evaluating my work with such a high ranking and I am looking forward to participation in future editions of IIAC contest. I hope that we can all enjoy and promote the beauty of nature aquarium in many years to come and celebrate it together without restrictions.
