It was very difficult to find fault with this aquascape. The selection and placement of the plants was superb as was the grooming technique. I get a true feeling of age when I look at this aquascape. In the end the somewhat haphazard appearing pile of twigs in the back are what set this aquarium apart from the one I marked 1st.

This is one of my favorite layouts. The depth created is remarkable. The simple use of wood is very natural and masterfully positioned. Fantastic job. If anything the rock in the right front is a little large and demands my eye.

I love the rockwork path and planting. Unfortunately the seemingly random pile of straight twigs does nothing to add to an otherwise excellent aquascape.

Excellent work on building an impressive aquascape. Only a few minor nitpics. The moss on the right foreground needs to be pruned just a bit and the driftwood leaves the tank looking messy. Otherwise nice aquascape!
